Highwall Miners Friendship Cup 2026 – Celebrating Team Spirit & Excellence

The Highwall Miners Friendship Cup 2026 was organised as a vibrant initiative to bring together teams from across projects in the true spirit of camaraderie, collaboration, and healthy competition. More than just a sporting event, the tournament served as a platform to strengthen relationships and reinforce the culture of teamwork that defines our Highwall operations.

This year’s edition saw enthusiastic participation from three teams:

• Royal Highwall Miners – Dhanbad Block 2
• Highwall Dominators – TSL WBD
• Highwall Miner Gladiators – Raniganj NKP

The league stage followed a round-robin format, with each team competing against the others. The matches were closely fought and evenly balanced, with all three teams securing one win and one loss each — a testament to the competitive spirit and skill on display. With points tied, the finalists were determined based on Net Run Rate (NRR), leading to a much-anticipated final between Royal Highwall Miners – Dhanbad Block 2 and Highwall Dominators – TSL WBD..
