Service Process Coordinator
Job Overview & Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to coordinate with the purchase and assembly team in terms of processing their request in SAP. Customer: Co-ordinate with internal team members of purchase, assembly and warehouse team; Timely processing of orders. Operational: Timely processing of vendor orders; Time processing of internal parts order; Tools management and reporting; Timely processing of service invoices. Capability Development: Update knowledge on SAP manufacturing module.
Engineer - Quality Assurance
Job Overview & Responsibilities
Inspection & Testing of Incoming electrical components. Segregation, analysis and further action of electrical NC products as per company standard. Releasing Incoming Inspection Reports for electrical components. Communication with store & Procurement function for replacement of NC products within targeted timeline. Communication with Electrical design & engineering team for obtaining product specification for new components. Assist in RCA/CA of NC products along with relevant cross functional team members. Generating MIS for Electrical Incoming Inspection process. Support inspection of electrical inspection at vendors' sites where required.
Senior Engineer Electrical
Job Overview & Responsibilities
Strong foundation on core engineering e.g. Kirchhoff's law, Thevenin's equivalent, Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, AC/DC motors, different types of starters, transformers etc. Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD software e.g. AUTOCAD / SOLIDEDGE / SOLIDWORKS / PTC CREO / EPLAN / ZUCHEN E3. Design for Manufacturing – Understanding production processes. Luminaire selection, Lux level calculation and Lighting design. Mastery of symbols and limits for precise, unambiguous manufacturing instructions. Basics for Electrical Circuit Design for mobile machines (construction, UG mining, Surface mining). Time and Assignment management. Teamwork. Creativity and Aptitude. Problem solving.
