Sunil began his career as an Associate Chartered Accountant, followed by a distinguished 20-year tenure as an Indian Administrative Service officer in the Provincial and Federal government. Prior to assuming his current position as Chairman and Managing Director of Gainwell Commensals Private Limited, he also served on the board of Bharat Forge Limited.

Meena, a former member of the Indian Civil Services, brings extensive experience to her role. She has served as the CEO of a corporate entity in the social sector and currently holds the position of Joint Managing Director at Gainwell Commosales Private Limited.

Dipankar is a veteran in the Construction & Mining Equipment Industry in India. He has worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited from 1991 to 2012 at various positions and was heading their Mining Equipment Business from 2007 to 2012. He pioneered the concept of Life Cycle Costing for Mining Equipment in India.

Starting with British Coal (1979), he progressed through Joy Mining, Henry Walker Eltin, DBT, Bucyrus, and Caterpillar. He was instrumental in securing Caterpillar's Highwall manufacturing license and establishing operations in India.

She facilitates organizational strategy implementation, partners with leadership teams and consultants on key initiatives, and collaborates with business unit heads to develop strategic plans.

Since 2018, he has spearheaded Gainwell's manufacturing journey, leading Caterpillar technology transfer and Highwall Miner production in India.

Chandramohan is a senior business leader with 25+ years of OEM and engineering services experience. His expertise spans product development, tool design, manufacturing excellence, digital manufacturing, automation, and data engineering. A certified 6Sigma Black Belt, he brings extensive experience in people and program management with P&L responsibility to drive operational excellence.
