Sunil began his career as an Associate Chartered Accountant, followed by a distinguished 20-year tenure as an Indian Administrative Service officer in the Provincial and Federal government. Prior to assuming his current position as Chairman and Managing Director of Gainwell Commensals Private Limited, he also served on the board of Bharat Forge Limited.

Meena, a former member of the Indian Civil Services, brings extensive experience to her role. She has served as the CEO of a corporate entity in the social sector and currently holds the position of Joint Managing Director at Gainwell Commosales Private Limited.

Dipankar is a veteran in the Construction & Mining Equipment Industry in India. He has worked with Larsen & Toubro Limited from 1991 to 2012 at various positions and was heading their Mining Equipment Business from 2007 to 2012. He pioneered the concept of Life Cycle Costing for Mining Equipment in India.

With extensive experience in Boston Consulting Group, she brings expertise in performance management, product development, and data analytics to support Gainwell's growth initiatives.

His expertise spans large-scale operations, productivity improvement, commercial growth, customer experience, and cross-functional leadership. 

Akanksha serves as Head of Corporate Strategy, Offline Marketing, CRM, DEI & ESG at Gainwell Commosales Private Limited. She facilitates organizational strategy implementation, partners with leadership teams and consultants on key initiatives, and collaborates with business unit heads to develop strategic plans.

Jayanta serves as Head of Manufacturing at Gainwell Engineering. A Mechanical Engineer, he was engaged with Cummins before joining Tractors India Limited in 2009. Since 2018, he has spearheaded Gainwell's manufacturing journey, leading Caterpillar technology transfer and Highwall Miner production in India.

Sharmistha is a senior finance leader and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience. She brings deep expertise in financial planning, strategy, and transformation, with a proven track record of driving organisational excellence across diverse industries.
