At Gainwell, safety is not just a protocol—it is a responsibility we share every day.
The 55th National Safety Week served as an important opportunity for our teams to come together and reaffirm this commitment through activities that promoted awareness, participation, and preparedness across the workplace.
The celebrations began with safety flag hoisting, oath-taking, and badge distribution, setting the tone for a week dedicated to strengthening our safety culture. Safety banners displayed across the facility reinforced the importance of safe practices and the collective role each individual plays in maintaining a secure work environment.
A series of practical sessions further highlighted the importance of preparedness and wellbeing. These included a fire mock drill and fire safety training to enhance emergency response readiness, a PPE awareness stall to emphasise the correct use of protective equipment, and a medical training session on occupational health conducted by the FMO, helping employees better understand workplace health risks and preventive care.
The week also saw enthusiastic participation from employees through engaging activities such as Safety Slogan and Poster Making competitions and a Safety Quiz, encouraging creative expression and deeper awareness of workplace safety practices.
Through these initiatives, we continue to reinforce a culture where safety remains a shared responsibility—so that at the end of every workday, what matters most remains unchanged: Safely Home. Everyone. Everyday.
