The new facilities at Fayette County, West Virginia, USA and Newcastle, New South Wales, Australia will support the whole ecosystem of energy security and will help the company serve its global customers and future markets at a rapid pace. The company will be extending after-market spare parts and render service support to the existing active population of licensed Caterpillar Room & Pillar Equipment and Highwall Miner customers from these two offices.
